Organizing around three October events in S. Florida.

1) Florida Attorney Pam Bondi fired the country's premier foreclosure fraud investigators/assistant attorneys general in May in a show of corruption and favor to the targets which are big campaign contributors.  She's speaking to her friends at The Bankers' Club Road Trip | Meet Attorney General Pam Bondi at the Bankers Club of Miami October 12, 2011 via @4closurefraud

2)  4th District Court of Appeals is hearing a plea from David Stern to overturn a judge's refusal to quash an investigative subpoena into hundreds of thousands of fraudulent foreclosures.  Also, the 4th DCA ruled that Banks need to follow the rules of evidence in a recent Glarum decision.  The banks hired powerful lawyers and have started influencing the court to overturn Glarum.  The banks and their lawyers were successful with this tactic for the Riggs decision last year.

3)  Former Chief Judge, now employed by foreclosure law firm that just settled with the Florida AG for fraudulent activity, is hosting a forum with Florida judges to help them rule on foreclosures in favor of banks.  Victor Tobin of Marshall C. Watson along with the Akerman Senterfitt firm to Moderate a View From... via @4closurefraud
