The Washoe County Senior Law Project is holding FREE seminars concerning home preservation.
These seminars are open to the general public on the following dates:
Basic Foreclosure Information:
This is a general informational seminar. We will be going over issues such as the time frame of the foreclosure process, discussing common options that are available from your mortgage company. We will also provide a question and answer session at the end for more specific concerns.

Nevada Foreclosure Mediation Preparation:
Nevada passed a law that entitles homeowners to mediation prior to foreclosure. This seminar is specific to homeowners who have received a Notice of Default and would like further information regarding the mediation process. We will be going over the mediation process, what to expect and information required prior to the mediation.
