 nvited to a borrower outreach event today at the National Guard Armory
 , 1200 W. Main St. in Richmond.\n\nThe event is sponsored by the India
 na Foreclosure Prevention Network and runs from 3 to 8 p.m.\n\nTrouble
 d homeowners will be able to attend a workshop and meet with a trained
  foreclosure prevention counselor, who will help the borrower navigate
  the process and prepare the documents the lender needs to work on an 
 alternative to foreclosure.\n\nLt. Gov. Becky Skillman formed the IFPN
  in November 2007 to combat Indiana's high foreclosure rate, a partner
 ship among state government, lenders and community organizations. It h
