Dear Mr. President,

1. Why haven't we gotten this foreclosure problem fixed yet?

It would appear to me, as a layman, that there are a great number of more educated minds in charge under your control to figure this complex problem of Illegal Foreclosures out than I. The systemic fraud involving these questionable foreclosures is hurting all Americans from the South to the North & East to West.
It is clear to me that most foreclosures involving MERS and the Banking Cartel are illegal, not to mention countless others that are not under the MERS umbrella.
There is also the question of rightful ownership that comes into play. The banking Industry has taken control of our laws and rules and have manipulated the same to scam our citizens of their rightful homes.

As a former law student, I would expect you to understand UCC 3-501, and its directive.

2. With that in mind can you please explain to the American people, your voters, who have already lost their homes or may soon lose them why this Fraud has been perpetuated upon them. American citizens deserve a response to this crisis that is being held in the shadows.
