Hi all, tomorrow (Wednesday) the civil justice committee in the legislature will be voting and discussing HB 213--please call and oppose any bill for the non-judicial effort--

I oppose HB 213 & THE AMENDED PCB WHICH WOULD ENCOURAGE THE CONTINUTATION OF ILLEGAL FORECLOSURES AND MAKE Florida A NON-JUDICIAL STATE. I want our legislature to SUPPORT homeowners by supporting HB 145 introduced by Darren Soto. This bill encourages truthfulness in our courts and a penalty for putting fraud in the court.
